The PICO DE OSORIO Cottage is located in a biodiversity farm with an area of 20,000 m2, situated on a hill to the northwest, and located in the beautiful rural park Doramas, an unparalleled protected natural area, a situation among "La Laguna" and Pico de Osorio mountain, providing splendid scenic views.

Equipment-comfort

The house is provided for the exclusive use. It is outfitted with several double bedrooms that offer privacy and comfort as they are completely independent, each having it's own bathroom equipped with medical supplies, hair dryers, plus beds and room-kitchen, cots and lockers, safe (no coins), and satellite TV (no coins), and fireplace. Enjoy a wonderful outdoor barbecue area with plenty of sunlight  where you'll enjoy a magnificent views while eating or tanning.

The kids will enjoy the our mascot which is a small horse mixed with a pony that is most lovable.

The house is without a doubt the best location possible, where you can see most of the peaks of Gran Canaria, and some municipalities, and if you climb the majestic Pico  de Osorio, you can see most of the island of Gran Canaria.  The vegetation is green almost all year, so it also called the town:  Andalusia-Canaria-Galicia. The sunrises and sunsets make the place an idyllic setting for lovers of photography, you can also see the highest peak in Spain (TEIDE) on our sister island of Tenerife.

   The simplicity and warmth of the locals, tranquility and security of the area as well as rural roads, lush canyons, valleys and mountains, makes the house a place to visit again and again.

Activities

    The favor activity is nature walking and hiking, although there is a town in the sports complex, gym and heated pool, open all year.

Points of Interest

The towns of Teror and Firgas, both Valleseco boundaries, are certainly worth a visit. Found in the town of Firgas, you can see the unique decoration of the streets, waterfalls and magnificent water mill, now refurbished open to the public, with a free tasting of freshly roasted and milled gofio. In Teror, you can find the patron of the island La Virgen del Pino, Sunday is also performed on the streets and a famous popular market where you can buy typical local-made products. In Valleseco there is the spectacular "La Laguna", a dream to spend the evening relaxing under the chestnut trees contemplating the nature and enjoying the smell of damp earth and leaves in the morning dew.

Access

    Access road allows you to park right next to the house.

Gastronomy

Several bars and restaurants of international and indigenous, with a dedicated service and very competitive prices, Saturday night  you can find family-style restaurants where you can enjoy dancing with live folk bands.
