A family business that has been over 40 years of operation. The restaurant is on the pass that lead to the summits of the island, it's beside the main road just as you are leaving Lanzarote. It's specialty is the meat in marinade, fried pork, but also offers other traditional dishes like Canarian stew, wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas) with mojo, local cheeses and other products of the area such as chestnuts, walnuts, apples, sweets, sausages, honey, etc.
