This rural house is located in the north-central part of Gran Canaria island, in the municipality of Valleseco. It is ideal for exploring the island through hiking trails, road trips, or its beaches. It is close to iconic towns such as Arucas (9 km), Teror (8 km), Tejeda (7 km), and San Mateo (15 km). Being a mountain house, all seasons can be experienced here, with February and March being the coldest months.
The house consists of multiple floors. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, one of which includes a shower. The kitchen and dining area are separated and integrated into a living room with a fireplace on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two spacious rooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. It also offers a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven.

You can also enjoy the spacious outdoor terrace (100 m²) with spectacular views of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is equipped with everything needed for a day outside. The swimming pool is available year-round and, if desired, can be heated from June to September for an additional charge of 25 euros per day. Guests must notify in advance for preparation.

There is public parking available next to the road, although it is not possible to drive directly to the house. A 50-meter footpath leads to the property. The car can be temporarily brought close to unload luggage.
