I made a table here first with 3 colums to put a thumbnail picture into it first.
Then we have to to a link to the video on you tube. It must be a link like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2mOyCTTByo.

The only tricky part after doing the link to the video is that you need to change to the "sourcecode" and look for the  <a> tag which has the link to the video. There you need to add the following line marked in bold:

<a rel="lightvideo[width:480px; height:320px;][Valleseco - Gran Canaria]" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2mOyCTTByo">

As you see, you can setup the height and width of the opening video and also set a description text.

Thats it. But If you have lots of videos then we should do some programming to make it easier.
