PICO DE OSORIO

Osorio Peak is a natural viewpoint from which you can see the north of the island...

The border between the towns of Valleseco, Firgas and Teror lies at the top of the Osorio Peak.

There are paths along all its slopes to the top. In the Valleseco section, there is a path which you can join by heading for La Laguna. If you continue to the right once past La Laguna, you´ll soon spot the unmistakeable landscape of the Osorio Peak.

This is an ancient volcanic crater that majestically stands 968 metres above sea level, from which you can look out over the adjoining town of Teror, Firgas and Arucas and beyond, over the north of the island and the capital.
