Natural Valle Secreto Cider is made from pippin apples from Valleseco. It is slightly gasified, but this gas is natural and comes from fermentation. Nothing is added to the must during its elaboration. This product harvested in Valleseco have been included in the brand Gran Canaria Gourmet, as well as other selected products from this island.

The finca (farmhouse) Casa de la Virgen, was acquired by its present owners in 2005. It is located in the Barranco de la Virgen, situated within a priceless environment and heritage, the location opens from the center of Gran Canaria to the north coast, in the municipality Valleseco, and rooted in the Rural Park Doramas. The perfect place for nature lovers and hikers.
Located in the Barranco de la Virgen, this beautiful rural house use to be an old dwelling but was renovated in 2010. You find it in the Rural Park Doramas as part of a 17,000 m2 estate. Its location makes it perfect for hiking and enjoying nature. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner, lounge with fireplace and central heating.

FLORA
Much of the municipality (80%) are classified as protected natural area. On one side, the Rural Park Doramas occupies the northern half of town, encompassing areas such as Barranco de la Virgen, where you can still enjoy an interesting laurel forest stronghold of great botanical Integral and on the other side the Natural Reserve of Barranco Oscuro.

All of the Barranco de la Virgen distinguished by a lush vegetation that dominates the landscape, but this is especially remarkable relic.
FAUNA
The laurel forest is one of the more diverse ecosystems of our island and which hosts a wealth of interesting endemic faunal. Species that require more moisture refuge in shady areas, hidden under leaves, rocks or logs: earthworms, slugs, snails, spiders, myriapods ... Among insects abundant endemic beetles, earwigs, pseudoescorpiones, grasshoppers , bees and butterflies and moths. Among vertebrates are the birds, reptiles and shrews.

RECREATION AREA OF "LA LAGUNA"
Located within the Rural Park Doramas, the recreational area of La Laguna is an area of great scenic beauty formed by a large volcanic caldera covered inside by vegetation and laurel trees...The Recreation Area is equipped with facilities for BBQ cooking, running water, and tables and benches for outdoor eating under the large chestnut trees. To use the facilities for large groups you need to call ahead to the City of Valleseco (928 61 80 22) to request permission...
Located within the Rural Park Doramas, the recreational area of La Laguna is an area of great scenic beauty formed by a large volcanic caldera covered inside by vegetation and laurel trees. While walking in La Laguna you can see the different trees that make this forest unique in the world. The successive and intensive afforestation are shaping a new laurel forest, which began following the European Project Laurisilva XXI. Basically it's a small lagoon where birds in everything form from small birds such as canaries and alpispas to migratory birds like the heron come to drink .
